NOTICE FOR WALK-IN INTERVIEW
A walk-in interview is scheduled to be held for the appointment of Resident Doctors under Residency Scheme in this hospital as per details given below. The appointment will be on Regular Basis for a period of Six months for Junior Residents extendable up to one year subject to satisfactory work & conduct report.

- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR RESIDENTS [MBBS]:-
A. Qualification:- MBBS degree from recognized University / Institute.
- Age:- Age on date of interview shall be 30 years for General candidates, 35 years for SC/ST and 33 years for OBC candidates, in accordance with circular No. F.No.121/ 26/ 2010/ H&FW/1996-2045, dated 10.06.2011issued by Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
- Pay: – Basic of Rs. 56100/- in Pay Matrix I 0 of 11 CPC with other allowances as admissible per month.
- Internship:- Must have completed internship after 20.09.2019.
- Must be registered with Delhi Medical
- Appointment will be initially for a period of six months extendable up to maximum of one year on the basis of satisfactory work & conduct report from the concerned HOD and written request from the doctor
- Appointment will be subject to medical fitness and verification of certificate of educational qualification/age/caste/ DMC registration and internship completion certificate
(*) Further in case of non availability of candidates, as per the relevant scheme mentioned above, candidates may be considered in terms of relaxation of provision as per circular No.
- o.121/26/2010/H&FW/1996-2045, dated 10.06.2011 issued by Health & Family Welfare Department, of NCT of Delhi with the following relaxation:-
- Upper age limit for eligibility will be 40 years, in place of existing 30 years of
- PG Doctors who are interested to serve as Junior Residents will be allowed to join as Junior Residents, if fresh graduates are not
- Candidate must have not completed one year Junior Residency from any Hospital.(*)
(*) Second List: Junior Residents who have completed one year of Junior Residency shall also be allowed to appear in the Interview and will be offered residency only if fresh Junior Residents are not available. There would be no extension for any Junior Resident beyond one year of appointment under relaxed provision.
- CONDITION FOR RECRUITMENT:
- All the eligible candidates should report in the office of the undersigned at 30 AM. [Time forenrollment from 9.30 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. only] on the day of interview.
- For candidates applying for OBC category, the certificate must be issued by the Competent Authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Persons with disabilities shall be given relaxation as per rule.
- The number of vacancies may vary.

- Candidate who is already in Govt. Service should submit No Objection Certificate from the employer at the time of interview.
- Jurisdiction of Dispute- In case of any legal dispute the jurisdiction of court will be Delhi/ New
Delhi.
- Candidates who are presently working on Adhoc Basis in this Hospital will have to apply afresh in response to this advertisement
- The decision of the Selection Board regarding selection will be final and binding and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
